merchandise arrived quickly, we opened the package and out came a patio umbrella that would not lat a season. There was a coil of wire with the umbrella and we had no idea what to do with it as there were no instructions. I guess this is an item that you need to see before buying.

We got these after the cheaper versions (same brand) didn't cut it as far as durability and sun protection. These are much sturdier and provide better sun protection than the cheaper model. If you don't care as much about the sun protection, the cheaper models will work. But we have direct sunlight in our yard a good part of the day and like to keep the sun off our skin. These were worth the extra price.
